Levify ("we", "us") operates the website levify.ai and related tools and social media accounts. This policy explains what information we handle and how.
We collect only what is needed to operate our services: (a) information you voluntarily send us, such as your email address when you contact us; (b) basic, aggregated analytics about site usage; and (c) when we connect to third-party platforms (such as Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or Reddit) on your authorization, the access tokens those platforms issue so we can publish content on your behalf.
We use information to provide and improve our services, to publish content you have authorized us to publish, and to respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
When you authorize Levify to connect to a third-party platform, we access and store only the tokens and account identifiers required to perform the actions you request (for example, creating a post). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies. You can revoke our access at any time from the platform's app/connections settings.
We keep authorization tokens only as long as the connection is active. When you disconnect a platform or ask us to delete your data, we remove the associated tokens and identifiers.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You may also revoke any platform connection directly through that platform.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
